Dr. Jason Huprich, PT, DPT, GCS
Dr. Jason Huprich is passionate about helping people move better, recover faster, and stay active for life. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or trying to improve your performance, Jason’s goal is simple: help you get back to doing what you love without limitations.
Jason earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Elon University in 2013 and holds advanced certifications as a Geriatric Clinical Specialist (GCS), Vestibular Specialist, and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Medical Provider. This unique combination allows him to help a wide range of people—from active adults and athletes to individuals dealing with balance disorders, dizziness, or complex neurological conditions.
Over the course of his career, Jason has worked in nearly every physical therapy setting, giving him deep experience treating a wide variety of conditions including:
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Chronic pain
Sports and golf injuries
Temporomandibular disorders (TMD)
Vestibular and balance disorders
Neurodegenerative conditions
He is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Therapy, techniques he uses to accelerate recovery, reduce pain, and help patients build strength safely.
Jason believes great physical therapy goes beyond treating symptoms—it’s about identifying the root cause of a problem and building a plan that empowers people to move with confidence again. Every treatment session is designed to combine hands-on care, targeted exercise, and education so patients can take control of their health and performance.
In addition to working with patients, Jason is dedicated to advancing the physical therapy profession. He serves as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students and as adjunct faculty in the Elon University Doctor of Physical Therapy program, helping train the next generation of physical therapists.
Jason lives locally with his wife and three children. He is conversational in Spanish after living abroad in South America. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, serving in his local church, playing golf, and working out.
